How long have you been in business?
Garden City Granite opened January 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a premier stone shop featuring computerized templates, CAD drawings and fabrication using a Brembana CNC machine. We make and install kitchen and vanity countertops, hearths, shower and tub surrounds plus custom furniture pieces using natural stone such as granite, marble, travertine, limestone, soapstone and man-made quartz by Viatera, Caesarstone, Cosmos Quartz and Pental Quartz plus recycled glass from EnviroGlas, FUEZ and IceStone,
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My brother and I grew up in the Potomac area and worked in both the construction and logging industries but wanted more than seasonal work. We were hired and trained to become stone fabricators and that opportunity has allowed us to play key roles in a business and careers we've grown to love.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have installed countertops in over 4000 homes over the past 13 years earning a reputation for quality workmanship completed in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in paying attention to details to ensure customer satisfaction on any size project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our show room and fabrication shop are located at 1916 Maple Street in Missoula Montana.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or check only. Qualified contractors pay the 10th of the month following substantial completion.
Which areas do you service?
Western Montana.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bret and Brian Olson are working officers.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and after hours and weekends by appointment.
