The Total Look has been in business since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
The Total Look offers in the latest in hair and nail fashions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the beauty industry as a young girl. I graduated from Cosmetology School in 1983. After working in the industry for 13 years, I bought an existing salon, remodeled, and became The Total Look.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The team at The Total Look continues to grow. At one time, The Total Look had just 2 stylists working,and we have grown to 15 stylist/nail technicians. Our dedication to continued education has shown our clientelle that we are a salon that keeps up to date on the most current fashions, products, and techniques.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The Total Look has expanded our original location by taking over the next door store. We also have another TTL Salon, doing business as "3209" Salon.
