How long have you been in business?
Ten (10) years as a Professional Organizer & Productivity Consultant with 17 years prior experience as a the owner of a successful Medical Staffing company with 2 office and five years as a Business & Financial manager at a University.
What is your primary product or service?
Professional Organizer & Productivity Consultant. In business that could involve all aspects of H.R., employee issues, workflow analysis, forms design, paper & time management and more. I also do residential organizing of all living areas, kitchens, closets, pantries, basements, garages and more. Downsizing, de-cluttering and staging for a sale. Estate Organizer. Paper & Time Management. Life / Business coach. Seminars on all aspects of Organizing. Virtual Organizing. I also work with people that have severe chronic disorganization and hoarding issues. I am a certified Medicaid provider. I have worked on an episode of the "Hoarders" show. I expanded my business to include Life/Business Coaching.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
17 years of having to be organized not only for myself and my family but for all of my clients (including all of the hospitals and physicians offices that were my clients). I realized that my passion was to "organize" not only businesses but also spaces. If everything is in it's place you tend to be calmer and less stressed. If everything is cluttered you don't want to be there and don't want to have people over. You should be proud of your space, no matter how small. Being organized allows you to accomplish more and brings a calming element into your life.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a Professional Organizer & Productivity Consultant each client that I have is unique. There is no "one size fits all". There is a psychology behind being organized. As an organizer you have to help your clients achieve their goal (a more organized life) and help them change their habits. I am the only Professional Organizer in Montana that has numerous certifications in dealing with various types of people, including people with severe chronic disorganization and hoarding, people with ADD, seniors and more. I also am certified in Time Management & Productivity.
I also offer Virtual Organizing to clients that want the expertise of a Professional Organizer but who live too far away or who want to do the actual hands on organizing themselves when it's convenient to them.

I work at my clients location or virtually by phone.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or checks at the time of service. On my website I now use PayPal so that my clients can pre-pay and use Credit Cards.

I work around my clients schedule. My schedule is very flexible, but basic hours are Mon - Sat. from 9 am - 8 pm
