Seller's Inspection was a great idea! It can help me sell faster & they gave me an open house kit with a sign for my yard to help buyers know that my house was pre-inspected. Bob spent an hour going over my report making sure all my questions were answered & they gave me a home maintenance book that I really like. I'm very satisfied with this inspection service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
